Per New York requirements, policies with multiple people are limited to spouses, dependent children, or any other person dependent on the policyholder(s). By submitting this application, you are agreeing that all applicants meet this requirement.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND ELECTRONIC CONSENT NOTICE:
System Requirements: To receive, access and retain electronic records, you must have the following equipment and software:
- Access to a computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet and an active email account. You must have a current version of software which permits you to view, save and print a Portal Document Format or "PDF" files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Up-to-date version of an Internet web browser and working Internet access. Supported versions for Internet web browsers are: the two most recent major versions for Android, Edge, iOS, and Safari; the latest version for Chrome; and the latest and extended support release (ESR) for FireFox.
If our hardware or software requirements change, and that change would create a material risk that you would not be able to access or retain your electronic records, we will give you notice of the revised hardware or software requirements.
Electronic Consent Notice: By agreeing to this consent, you are agreeing to do business electronically, including to apply electronically and to provide an electronic signature. Electronic signatures are legal and enforceable under law. By providing consent, you certify that you (1) meet our System Requirements, and (2) will provide and maintain a valid email. You further agree to the issue or insurance related documents and communications, including but not limited to, your policy documents, disclosures, and notices electronically through the email provided. You have the right to request a paper application and/or to withdraw electronic consent and request paper copies or policy documents by contacting the company through email at customercare@worldtrips.com.
